Two apps, priced separately.

DebitMate for iPhone is a monthly subscription through the App Store. DebitMate for Windows is a separate app with its own licence. Buying one does not include the other.

Anything you have already entered stays yours to see and delete, subscribed or not.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the free week ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does. The subscription then renews every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Prices may vary outside the UK.

Buying a Windows licence is a short email exchange for now: choose a plan, we send an invoice, then your licence key. Whatever happens to a Windows licence, you can always open the app, read everything and export it.

Questions people ask

I have an iPhone and a Windows PC. What do I need?
They are separate apps, bought separately, and each keeps its own records. Choose the one you want to use, or both.
Does a Windows licence unlock the iPhone app?
No. The iPhone app is only available through the App Store subscription.
How do I cancel the iPhone subscription?
In your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DebitMate. It stops renewing, and you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my figures if I stop subscribing?
On iPhone, everything you entered stays yours to see and delete. You just cannot add or change payments until you subscribe again.
Can I get a refund?
For the iPhone subscription, refunds are handled by Apple — ask through reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Windows licence, ask us within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full. See the terms.
